Cascade updates from Idea to promoted feature

If an idea has been promoted to a feature and the requester updates the idea, the updates should be cascaded down to the associated feature. If not as an actual update, if a comment could be added, that would help. Currently, if we miss the update in the daily digest or if the requester doesn't mention it, we may miss some additional information they attempted to provide to us if we've already promoted the idea.
