Group digest changes together by story

While the Aha digest emails do contain the changes made, it doesn't always keep changes for the same story together. For example, if a comment was made on a story and then the story was cancelled, it is hard to see why the story was cancelled because the comment is at the top of the email and the cancellation is later.
